Quotes and work
Quotes are based on the details and photos you provide. They may change once we see the vehicle. We will tell you if the job or price needs to change before we start. Repair is recommended only where it is safe and suitable. If replacement is the better option, we will say so.
What we collect
If you use the contact form or get in touch by phone, we may keep your name, email, phone number, vehicle details, location and a description of the damage, including any photos you send. We use that information to quote, schedule and complete the job, and to get back to you.
How we look after it
We do not sell your details. We only share them where needed to do the work, such as with an insurer if you ask us to, or if the law requires it. You can ask us what we hold, or ask us to update or delete it, by calling 022 091 8070.
